LIXIL continues its recognition of the excellence of the sector in partnership with the International Property Awards

The Asia Pacific Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement in architecture, interior design, real estate and property development in the region. In this year’s edition there is 681 winners across the Asia Pacific in the categories Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate and Real Estate Development. China swept the maximum number of awards (279) followed by Thailand (86). This was closely followed by Vietnam (45). Other important markets, in particular Singapore (44), Malaysia (43), India (31) and Australia (29), also made its mark at this year’s awards ceremony. This year’s award jury was made up of over 100 industry experts. Fixtures such as Lord Best (Chairman of the House of Lords Communications Committee and Chairman of the Property Ombudsman’s Council in the United Kingdom), Bill mcclintock (Chairman, Guild of Property Professionals UK), and Annie hampson (Former director of planning at City of London) were part of the illustrious jury of the Asia Pacific Property Awards. Each judge was assigned applications corresponding to their areas of expertise and knowledge. All entries have been meticulously evaluated on their design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
