LucidLink Filespaces is a cloud-native file service that provides content creators with immediate access to media assets stored in the cloud. Explicitly designed for remote creative collaboration, huge media files are immediately accessible from any location and any machine. Filespaces eliminate the need to upload or sync entire files, enabling collaboration on projects by distributed teams, simultaneously, across any geographic location. The company recently announced Filespaces 2.0, adding new features for massive scalability and faster, more secure remote collaboration.
LucidLink Filespaces is used by thousands of customers in the media and entertainment industry to enable remote collaboration. One client, Final Pixel, is a global creative studio specializing in end-to-end virtual production for film, television and advertising. As a fully remote creative-led virtual production house, the Final Pixel team spans multiple content and time zones, bringing their virtual production capabilities directly to their clients using a variety of cloud-based tools and in-house expertise. Final Pixel began using LucidLink Filespaces in late 2021 to help creative teams collaborate quickly and more efficiently, eliminating the need to manually ship discs filled with hundreds of terabytes of content between remote creative teams.

Now in its seventh year of celebrating software innovation, the Software Awards program is accepting entries from around the world, including the United States, Canada, Australasia, EMEA and the United Kingdom. Categories for 2022 include Best Enterprise-Level SaaS and Best Data-Driven SaaS, as well as new categories such as “Most Agile or Responsive SaaS Solution of the Year.”

Winners are selected by a jury of international industry experts. SaaS Awards finalists will be announced on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, and ultimate category winners announced on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
