Subsea 7 SA announces details of equity awards

Luxemburg- 20 september 2022 – Subsea 7 SA (Oslo Børs: SUBC, ADR: SUBCY) (the “Company”) in accordance with Oslo Børs rules, today announces details of the awards under its 2022 Long-Term Incentive Plan ( the “Plan”) approved by the Board on September 20, 2022.

The Company will award 1,397,000 performance shares, subject to the performance conditions of the Plan, on September 20, 2022.
