The Countdown To All Washup Driftwood Art Competitions In Vermilion Has Begun | Ohio


Whether you are an experienced driftwood sculptor, have an artistic mind, or are a complete beginner in the art of turning the driftwood and recyclable treasures of the lake into works of art, it’s all washed up, the competition Vermilion Driftwood Art is an opportunity to be fun and creative.

According to a press release, the event, which attracted more than 50 artists and 800 visitors in 2019, will return on July 31.

Judging will take place at 10 a.m. and the 1st, finalists and prestigious prizes in each category will be awarded at 11 a.m.

Visitors will be announced at the end of the event and will vote for People’s Choice throughout the day.

This year, All Washed Up was made possible through support from the Lake Erie Foundation, whose mission is to “Create and Maintain a Healthy Lake Erie Forever”.
