Nearly 2,000 people around the world predicted these 2019-2020 Broadway season theater champions for the New York Opening Ceremony hosted by Audra McDonald on Paramount + and later ceremony organized by Leslie Odom Jr on CBS. Our top scorers obtained 19 out of 25 winners during an evening with the best prices for “Moulin Rouge!” The Musical â(Best Musical),â The Inheritance â(Best Song) andâ The Piece of a Soldier â(Best Cover of a Piece).

A tie of four at 64% follows for David Gordon (Theatermania), David Sheward (Cultural weekly), Smart jack (Behind the scenes) and Wayman wong (I’m talking about Broadway). The next 56% are Susan haskins (Talk Theater) and Jan Simpson (Broadway and me). Matt Windham (amNY) is 62.50% but predicted only 24 of 25 categories.
