Watch: Norman Reedus discusses his Walking Dead spin-off on Fallon

Norman Reedus went through Tonight’s Show with Jimmy Fallon Wednesday, and after helping his audience recognize specific motorcycle sounds, he spoke briefly about his project Walking Dead spin-off series with Melissa McBride.

“It’s going to be different,” Reedus said. “It’s going to be totally different. I don’t know where it’s going to be yet.”

Fallon suggested it was at least good to know that Daryl was going to survive TWDThe eleventh and final season, but Reedus begged to delay. “It might be Weekend at Bernie’s. She could drag my zombie body all over the country. I have no idea.”

Reedus also talked about getting a little nostalgic on set as TWD coming to an end. “I’m sitting on this man-made structure, and there’s a big hole in it, it’s raining, it’s like 3 in the morning, and I’m looking at this field, and I’m like ‘wow, that’s where the jail. I blew up a tank over there. Crystal’s head was chopped off right over there, ‘and I’m starting to get a little foggy thinking about it.

The walking dead Airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
